After some googling I tried changing the default output format from 16 to 24 bit at different frequencies, but that didn't seem to work either. I tried reinstalling the games, installing them on a different HDD, updating the video and audio drivers, heck.not even reinstalling the OS didn't work. Devil may cry 3 works perfectly (60 fps,no crashes,bugs or audio issues).until mission 3 where you get the shotgun upon which a popup in-game will appear and the game will freeze. The video seems to lag behing the sound by half a second at the beginning of any cutscene rendered with the in-game engine and at the ending it seems like the delay is a little longer (almost a second after 2-3 minutes). In all the games I played recently (ranging from devil may cry 3 to starcraft 2 and arkham asylum) the cutscenes are out of sync, not by much, but enough to make this problem very annoying. the plot is really good and interesting, capcom did a good job, loving the game and everyone should play this masterpiece. There, Hideaki Itsuno stated that there was the possibility of adding more playable characters if there was enough fan demand. marvelous gameplay, graphics are really good and the game is well optimized.
